Ola Electric defends against LG Chem battery tech copying claims

Ola Electric is pushing back against rumors that its new battery tech is copied from LG Chem's leaked data.
The company says their 4680 Bharat Cell uses a totally different design—a dry electrode process and cylindrical cells—while LG uses pouch cells.
Ola suggested that the allegations stem from fears of losing market opportunities by foreign rivals.
