Adani Ports appoints new CFO as revenue jumps 22% YoY
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) just announced that Sreedhar Krishna Menon will be their new Chief Financial Officer from March 1, 2026.
He's taking over from D Muthukumaran, who's moving to a different role within the Adani Group at the end of February.
Menon's experience and APSEZ's growth
Menon isn't new to big responsibilities—he's currently CFO at AdaniConnex and has over 30 years of experience across major companies like Bharti Airtel and Pennar Group.
His arrival comes right as APSEZ reported strong growth: revenue jumped nearly 22% year-on-year last quarter, with profits also up by nearly 21%.
Fresh leadership at a time like this could mean even bigger things ahead.
Muthukumaran's transition and company performance
D Muthukumaran has held the role and has been part of the company's recent growth phase. He'll stay within the Adani Group but move on to a new challenge after February.
The company's Others segment alone pulled in ₹1,436 crore recently, showing how much is happening behind the scenes.
