These plugins bundle together skills and shortcuts into file-based "specialists" you can deploy right inside Cowork.
You get to set up your own workflows and commands so results stay consistent—without having to micromanage the AI.
Right now it's a research preview for paid users. As Matt Piccolella puts it, this turns Claude into a specialist for things like prepping sales pitches or reviewing legal docs.
