Bengaluru-based GIVA raises ₹530cr to fuel retail expansion
Business
Jewelry brand GIVA, based in Bengaluru, just landed ₹530 crore in Series C funding led by Creaegis, with Premji Invest, Epiq Capital, and Edelweiss Discovery Fund also joining in.
The fresh funds will help GIVA open more stores, boost manufacturing, and cover day-to-day business needs.
What's GIVA up to?
GIVA offers silver, gold, and lab-grown diamond jewelry through their own stores.
Right now they have 280 stores across 48 cities—think big presence in places like Bengaluru (47 stores) and Delhi-NCR (72).
They're aiming for 800-1,000 stores nationwide by 2028, with nearly half of this year's new shops planned overall.
Adding around 150 outlets this year is part of their rapid growth push.
