Bharat Forge finalizes ₹746 cr purchase of AAM India

Bharat Forge Limited (BFL) has snapped up AAM India Manufacturing Private Limited in a deal worth ₹7,464.6 million, including nearly ₹1,894.8 million in cash to boost future plans.
The acquisition was first announced last October and got official approval this April.
Final pricing might shift a bit depending on the company's finances as of June 2025.
