Coforge CEO Sudhir Singh says AI opens cloud era opportunities
Coforge's CEO Sudhir Singh says AI might be disrupting the old ways of doing IT, but it's actually opening up huge opportunities, kind of like when everyone rushed to the cloud years ago.
He points out that while building AI tools is getting cheaper, keeping them running safely and smoothly isn't, and that means more demand for managed services.
Coforge forecasts $800bn AI-driven IT services
Coforge expects the global market for AI-driven IT services to skyrocket from $160 billion to $180 billion now to $800 billion by 2031, as more businesses jump on the AI bandwagon.
Its own numbers are already looking strong: net profit almost doubled this year, primarily due to gains from the sale of a stake in Coforge Advantage Go in May 2025, and revenue from operations increased 35.8%, thanks in part to smart investments in AI.
With a solid order book and plans for even higher earnings next year, Coforge is betting big that AI will keep driving its growth.
