Dabur moves Delhi High Court over FSSAI '100% claims' ban
Business
Dabur India is taking FSSAI to the Delhi High Court after a recent order banned selling products labeled with "100% claims": think honey, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and cow ghee.
Dabur says most of these items are already being relabeled to fit the new rules.
Dabur says FSSAI rule affects industry
At their latest meeting, Dabur made it clear that this rule affects the whole industry and isn't about their product safety or quality.
Separately, in a BSE filing, it said the USFDA warning letter for only a small part of its manufacturing plant situated at Silvassa, in relation to export of private label products, doesn't impact its business in India or regular operations.
