PhysicsWallah, the popular EdTech company, is wrapping up its IPO today, aiming to raise ₹3,480 crore.
The offer includes both new shares and some being sold by existing holders.
If all goes as planned, shares will hit the BSE and NSE on November 18.
Subscription status and GMP
The IPO hasn't fully sold out yet—overall subscription stands at 0.81 times.
Retail investors have shown a bit more interest (0.88 times), while big institutional buyers are just over the line at 1.07 times; non-institutional investors are lagging behind at 0.20 times.
Shares are priced between ₹103-₹109 each, with a minimum investment of about ₹15k for retail folks (that's one lot of 137 shares).
There's also a small discount for employees and a barely-there gray market premium right now.
