Fractal to raise ₹2,834cr via IPO: What it does
Fractal Analytics, a homegrown AI company, is set to raise nearly ₹2,834 crore through its IPO opening February 9.
The offer includes a fresh issue of ₹1,023.5 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹1,810.4 crore.
Funds will help repay loans for Fractal USA and support new offices and R&D.
What does Fractal do?
Started in 2000, Fractal is India's first pure-play enterprise AI firm.
It powers big companies worldwide with analytics and automation via its main platforms—Fractal.ai (which brings in most of the revenue) and the fast-growing innovation arm Fractal Alpha.
It focuses on helping businesses make smarter decisions using AI.
IPO details and financials
The IPO runs from February 9-11, managed by top names like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
Major investors including Apax, TPG Fett Holdings, GLM Family Trust, and Satya Kumari Remala and Rao Venkateswara Remala are selling shares as part of the offer.
Financially, Fractal has seen solid growth: revenue jumped nearly 26% last year while losses fell to ₹28.3 crore in FY25 from ₹49.4 crore the previous year.
Most business comes from the Americas (66%) with strong presence in retail/consumer goods and healthcare sectors.
