Hexaware Technologies is jumping into the massive $900 billion SaaS market by building custom software powered by AI.
At its recent AI Day in Chennai, CEO R Srikrishna explained that smarter tech means businesses can get tailored solutions faster and for less money.
Hexaware rolls out 'Zero license' offering
Earlier this year, Hexaware rolled out its "Zero license" offering, which uses AI to cut down on old-school SaaS costs and make systems more flexible.
Srikrishna pointed out that for most workflow software, 90% of it will not need this, so companies want more freedom.
Even though some clients are cutting IT budgets, Hexaware plans to hire 250 Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) over the next 12 months.
