The report also highlighted that rewards are a major driver of talent health globally, contributing around 32% to the overall score.

The survey found that Indian employees prioritize bonuses (40%), flexible schedules (33%), cost-of-living aligned compensation (32%), and wellbeing benefits (31%). Employers are also focusing on AI skill-building resources almost as much as these traditional rewards. The report noted that culture plays a significant role in employee satisfaction with many reporting improved workplace culture and strong team connections leading to better teamwork and leadership behavior.

Despite the importance of learning, the survey found that most workers spend less than 40 hours a year on AI learning. However, those who invest more time in learning are less likely to leave their jobs and save more time every week. This highlights the importance of continuous skill development in today's fast-paced work environment.
