Jio tops global patent race for India in 2024-25
Jio Platforms just became India's leader in global patent filings, clocking 1,037 international applications this year. That's a huge nod to their tech game and focus on innovation.
Jio filed 1,654 patents in FY 2024-25, bringing its total tally to 1,654 filings after including Indian patents as of March/April 2025—averaging more than four every single day.
By March 2025, they'd secured around 485 granted patents.
Reliance ramps up R&D for the future
