Judge dismisses Elon Musk fraud claims, trial to probe OpenAI

A US judge has tossed out Elon Musk's fraud allegations against OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman, but the legal battle isn't over yet.
The trial will now focus on whether OpenAI broke its original nonprofit promises or unfairly benefited from its for-profit shift.
Jury selection begins Monday, with Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers leading the case in Oakland.

Elon Musk seeks $134B, Microsoft named

Musk is asking for up to $134 billion in damages, not for himself, but to return what he calls "ill-gotten gains" to OpenAI's nonprofit side and shake up its leadership.
Microsoft is also named for allegedly helping with the trust breach.
