LinkedIn CEO's advice on AI job market disruption
LinkedIn's CEO, Ryan Roslansky, says AI is shaking up the job market in a big way—just look at Amazon's recent layoffs.
He calls this a "super messy middle" for workers and urges everyone to focus on human skills like communication and teamwork, since those are things AI just can't do.

AI is creating new jobs
AI is not only changing how jobs get done but also creating new ones.
On LinkedIn, there's been a sixfold jump in AI-related skills showing up in job postings and a 20-fold increase in people adding these skills to their profiles.
Still, Roslansky points out that while AI can find great candidates, it can't convince them or build real connections—that's still very much a human thing.
