Nazara to raise 733.5cr via ₹306 shares for global expansion
Nazara Technologies is set to raise ₹733.5 crore by issuing new shares at ₹306 each, aiming to fuel its expansion into strategic acquisitions, build up intellectual property, and create more AI-powered games.
The move is all about boosting its presence in the global gaming scene.
Stauffer invests nearly 583cr for 4.67%
Nazara's soon-to-be CEO, Raymond Albaladejo Stauffer, is investing nearly ₹583 crore himself, grabbing a 4.67% stake in the company.
Senior leaders from Bluetile Games and BestPlay Systems are also backing the deal, along with Schutze Marc Sylvester, Maxime Loppin, Alexandre Paul Jean Noirot Cosson, Alexander Osou and Hugo Remy Gaston Blavin.
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Nitish Mittersain, called it a strong endorsement of Nazara's ambitions for global growth.
