Paytm takes gaming platform WinZO to NCLT over unpaid dues

Paytm's parent company has taken gaming platform WinZO to the National Company Law Tribunal, claiming WinZO owes them ₹3.6 crore for advertising its games on Paytm's app.
The unpaid amount comes from four invoices, each with a 60-day deadline.

Both sides will get a chance to present their arguments

The tribunal has officially notified WinZO and given them two weeks to respond, with the next hearing set for December 15.
Paytm says WinZO never argued about getting the ads but kept delaying payment, blaming invoice validation rules.
On their side, WinZO points to a contract clause that requires email confirmation before paying up.
The tribunal will let WinZO present its defense soon.
