PolicyBazaar has also set up a round-the-clock helpline to assist the users during emergencies or address urgent queries. In case of delays or rejection of claims, an escalation team intervenes to present the customer's case to the insurer. The team works with insurance firms to resolve issues and ensure timely attention where the claim is valid, including preparing written submissions and clarifying disputes like disagreements over fault or missing paperwork.

The 'Claim Kavach' program is managed digitally, including the paperwork and submissions, reducing the need for physical visits. Customers can access the 'Claim Kavach' service through PolicyBazaar's app/website after purchasing or holding an active motor insurance policy. Once they raise a claim, the platform automatically assigns a claims manager who begins coordinating documentation and communication with the insurer. The 24x7 helpline is available for on-road emergencies, any queries on claim filing, or assistance during inspection and repair.
