Fractal Analytics just got a "buy" call from Prabhudas Lilladher, who set a target price of ₹1,060.
The company's revenue is on the rise, up 10.3% year-on-year (YoY) versus the same quarter a year earlier and 3.8% since last quarter,
with EBITDA margin holding steady, outperforming Prabhudas Lilladher's expectation of a 130bps decline.
Fractal health and banking revenues surge
Big gains came from health and life sciences (up 79%) and banking and finance (up 30%), while tech and media bounced back too.
Even though consumer goods took a hit, recovery is expected soon.
Plus, Fractal's products business saw license revenues jump by 39%, and management sounds upbeat about future margins as they bring in more AI talent and steady out wages.
