RailTel targets 20-25% 2026-27 revenue growth after Q1 surge
Business
RailTel is aiming for a solid 20% to 25% revenue boost in 2026-27, after already kicking off the year with a strong 20% growth in the first quarter.
Chairman and Managing Director Sanjai Kumar shared this upbeat outlook on August 6, saying the company's momentum is looking good.
RailTel expects project revenues up 50%
Project revenues are expected to soar by up to 50%, thanks to a healthy order book, while telecom revenues should see steady growth of around 7% to 8%.
The company's data center business is also set to bring in ₹300 crore this year, and its new Kavach railway safety system could help balance out any margin dips.
Even with over ₹2,000 crore stuck in government payments, RailTel says its finances are stable and there's no reason to worry.
