SAEL Industries to invest ₹22,000cr in Andhra Pradesh

SAEL Industries is putting ₹22,000 crore into Andhra Pradesh, aiming to boost everything from green energy and biomass to data centers and ports.
The investment is set to bring around 7,000 direct jobs and 70,000 indirect jobs for locals.
The official agreement will be signed during the CII Partnership Summit on November 14-15, 2025.
SAEL's ambitious plans for Andhra Pradesh
SAEL will roll out over 1,750 MW of solar power with storage in Kadapa and Kurnool, plus a new 200 MW biomass plant.
They're also investing ₹3,000 crore in a next-gen data center and ₹4,000 crore to upgrade port logistics.
With these projects already moving fast—600 MW of renewables were set up in just nine months—SAEL is betting big on sustainable growth for Andhra Pradesh's future.
