Samsung and NVIDIA met in Seoul to advance chip innovation

Samsung and NVIDIA just met in Seoul to talk about taking their partnership to the next level.
Both companies already work together on AI and self-driving technology, but now they're planning bigger moves in chip innovation: think faster, smarter technology for autonomous driving chips, AI accelerator chips, next-generation foundry chips, and HBM4E/HBM5.

Developing next-generation foundry chips HBM4E HBM5

Their main goal? Developing next-generation foundry chips and high-bandwidth memory (HBM).
By teaming up even more closely, Samsung and NVIDIA hope to push the limits of what chips can do, especially with new HBM4E and HBM5 technology.
