SpaceX just updated its IPO filing to highlight water access as a major challenge.
It turns out, having enough water is essential for cooling their huge data centers. It's now as important as electricity or materials.
If droughts or strict regulations hit, SpaceX says it could mean higher costs, slower building projects, and tough choices about where to set up its AI-driven infrastructure.

SpaceX reserves up to 5% shares

The filing also mentions that SpaceX will reserve up to 5% of shares for employees and friends of executives.
But if they issue more shares later on, maybe for a merger with Tesla, it could dilute current shareholders' stakes.
