Sunshine Pictures raised ₹84.64 crore from nine anchor investors, including names like Innovative Vision Fund and Khandelwal Finance Pvt. Ltd. right before its IPO opens on August 18.

The company finalized the allocation of 2,351,140 equity shares at ₹360 each to these anchor investors, aiming to use the funds for working capital and general corporate needs.

IPO priced ₹342-₹360 with ₹14,022 minimum

The ₹282 crore IPO includes both a fresh issue of new shares and an offer for sale.

Shares are priced between ₹342 and ₹360, with a minimum investment of ₹14,022.
