The Standard, a US insurance company, just named Mohua Sengupta as its senior VP and India country head.
This move follows their recent acquisition of Allstate's Employer Voluntary Benefits business and the launch of StanCorp Global Services India, now operating in Bengaluru and Pune.

She's held leadership roles at Novartis India GCC before and held senior roles at companies like Accenture, Wipro, Mphasis, ITC Infotech, IGATE, 3i Infotech, and Royal Bank of Canada.
At The Standard's new India hub, she'll oversee everything from operations to compliance.
