US tribunal mulls over banning imports of Apple Watch

Apple's latest Apple Watches might get banned from entering the US—again.
The International Trade Commission (ITC) is checking if Apple's redesigned watches still use blood-oxygen tech that Masimo, a California med-tech company, says it owns.
Last year, the ITC already banned some models for this reason, which pushed Apple to tweak its designs.

What's next in the Apple vs Masimo saga?

The ITC will decide within six months if these new watches also break Masimo's patents.
Meanwhile, both companies are locked in lawsuits over damages and are even challenging last year's ban in court.
While Apple has brought back some features with Customs' approval, Masimo isn't letting that slide and is fighting back legally.
