Ventive Hospitality's Q3 revenue jumps 27% to ₹722 crore
Ventive Hospitality just posted its fifth straight winning quarter, with Q3 revenue jumping 27% to ₹722 crore.
Profits are up too—₹141 crore after tax—thanks to strong hotel performance and some savvy business decisions.
Strong hotel performance
The hospitality segment led the charge, with revenue up 35% and international hotels growing even faster than those in India.
Indian hotels had higher room rates and occupancy remained stable at 62%, while international spots boasted a 71% occupancy rate—pretty impressive.
Impressive numbers all around
Their annuity portfolio added ₹128 crore in revenue, and both Indian and Maldivian properties saw double-digit growth in revenue per room.
Even though one property (Aloft Whitefield) is pausing for upgrades, Ventive reported strong revenue and profit numbers.
If you're into how businesses grow—and how travel rebounds—this story's worth a look.
