Yatra Online just named Siddhartha Gupta as its new CEO after co-founder Dhruv Shringi stepped down on November 24.
Shringi isn't leaving, though—he's moving up to executive chairman and will stay involved as a whole-time director.

Gupta's background in enterprise tech and SaaS aligns well with this growth push, and even though the stock dipped a bit today, it's still up about 37% for the year.
