Delhi: Ranchi Rajdhani Express derails; no casualties so far

The engine and a power car of the Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express have derailed near Delhi's Shivaji Bridge. The train's speed was reportedly less, and no casualties have been reported so far. This is the second such incident reported today. Barely a few hours ago seven coaches of the Howrah-Jabalpur-Shaktipunj Express derailed in Uttar Pradesh; no passengers were injured. Know more!

The Ranchi Rajdhani Express was running at a very low speed at the time of the derailment, which the railway officials say prevented a major accident. Also, there were only some passengers left inside the New Delhi-bound train, so there have been no casualties.
