Pandit's viral post led to investigation by Crime Branch
Pandit alleged that the attack was carried out by people linked to Randhawa, citing his reported association with Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who is considered a rival of the gang. The Crime Branch took charge of the case and followed the attackers' trail, reviewing technical evidence and monitoring their movement over a distance of nearly 100 km. Four suspects were identified: Sahil, Sagar, Arman, and Tushar.

Tushar had recently returned from Russia
Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a raid in Bahadurgarh on Monday and arrested Arman and Tushar. Investigators said the two admitted to their role in the shooting during questioning. Tushar had been living in Russia on a student visa and returned to India shortly before the shooting.
