    What's the story

Aamir Khan is known for doing meaningful films that have an engaging storyline as well as an emotional connection.

However, he is going a slightly different way with 'Thugs Of Hindostan'.

In an interview to South China Morning Post, the superstar said that there is no message in his newest offering.

    Details

"I'm playing a character who cannot be trusted at all"

Talking about his character in the film, Aamir said, "It's a big action-adventure film. There's no message in that. I'm playing a character who cannot be trusted at all. It's very opposite of 'Dangal'. He's a very slippery character. He can sell his mother out for money."

"But he's a very entertaining guy. So it's a very entertaining kind of a film," added Aamir.

    Release

'Thugs Of Hindostan' will hit the screens on Diwali

Aamir is reuniting with his 'Dhoom 3' director Vijay Krishna Acharya for 'Thugs Of Hindostan'.

Besides Aamir, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh.

It will hit the screens on Diwali this year.

The shooting of the film is expected to be over by mid-2018.
