Abundantia launches aiOn for AI films; 'Chiranjeevi Hanuman' is 1st

Entertainment

Abundantia Entertainment (the folks behind Breathe and Toilet) recently launched a new division called aiOn to make movies using AI tech.
CEO Vikram Malhotra says the goal is to boost creativity, not replace people: AI is a tool to enhance storytelling, not replace it.
Their first film, Chiranjeevi Hanuman - The Eternal, drops next year, with five more on the way.

Malhotra shares insights on upcoming projects and revenue expectations

Alongside their AI push, Abundantia's got Subedaar with Anil Kapoor and a Madhuri Dixit comedy lined up. After scoring big with Chori 2 on Prime Video, they're eyeing more horror too.
Malhotra expects aiOn to bring in about 10-12% of revenue at first—and possibly up to 35% by year three—as part of their bigger plan for steady growth through FY27 and FY28.
