Ajith Kumar, Ramya Krishnan receive bomb threats; hoax confirmed

Recently, Tamil stars Ajith Kumar and Ramya Krishnan got bomb threats at Ajith Kumar's homes in Chennai and Ramya Krishnan's house on the outskirts of Chennai—calls and emails claimed explosives were planted.
Police quickly searched all locations but found nothing dangerous. Authorities have now confirmed it was all a hoax, so there's no immediate safety risk.

Similar threats were received by other celebrities, politicians

These fake threats aren't new—other stars like Vijay, Trisha, Nayanthara, and even political leaders like Governor R N Ravi and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin have been targeted recently.
The Bomb Squad checked at least 10 places mentioned in the threats but came up empty each time.
Police are still investigating who's behind these disruptive pranks in Chennai's high-profile circles.
