Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are all set to move into their new luxury residence in Mumbai's Pali Hill area this Diwali. The sprawling bungalow, worth an estimated ₹250 crore, was built on the site of the late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor's family home, Krishna Raj Bungalow.
Privacy plea
'We hope to continue relying on your consideration'
The couple shared a statement, saying, "Diwali is all about gratitude and new beginnings. As we move into our new home, we are thankful for all the warmth and support you've shown us." They added, "We hope we can continue to rely on your consideration for our privacy and that of our family, home, and wonderful neighbors." This comes months after Bhatt was upset over photos of their new home going viral online.

The couple's new abode
The newly constructed six-story bungalow is said to have top-notch interiors, several entertainment areas, and a beautiful terrace garden. The property is reportedly one of the most expensive celebrity homes in India. It will be the primary residence for Kapoor, Bhatt, and their daughter Raha. Kapoor's mother, Neetu, will also reportedly stay with them.

Meanwhile, look at their projects
On the work front, Bhatt and Kapoor will be seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War. The movie also stars Vicky Kaushal. It is set to release in theaters in March 2026. Meanwhile, Bhatt's next film, Alpha, is gearing up for a Christmas release. On the other hand, Kapoor has Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana in the pipeline, which will be released next Diwali.
