Actor Riva Arora says she faced verbal harassment from a Blinkit delivery agent at her Mumbai home on April 26.
The situation escalated even after her mother stepped in, and things got worse when her sister confronted the agent in their building's elevator.
After about half an hour of heated exchange, the family called Mumbai police, who arrived quickly and the family stopped the delivery person from leaving.

Riva filed a formal complaint with Blinkit, urging it to improve screening and training for its staff.
She's also spoken up about the need for better accountability and respectful behavior in customer service.
