Interestingly, these units are located in the same building where actor Hrithik Roshan and his family own 10 office units.

Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd's five commercial office units, spanning 3,400 sq ft, are situated on the second floor of Yura Business Park-Phase 2. This building is located on Link Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. The Roshans' 10 office units are spread across the third and fourth floors of the same building. The project is being developed by Pecan and Transcon through Yura Business Park Private Limited.

Registration details and completion date
The transaction was registered on February 27, 2026, attracting a stamp duty exceeding ₹90 lakh and a registration fee of approximately ₹1.50 lakh, according to registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix. The building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by December 2027. Along with the office units, Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd has also acquired five car parking spaces as part of this deal.
