Box office: 'Black Phone 2' scares up Halloween win

Anime fans showed up for "Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc," which scored $1.3 million in fourth place, while romantic drama "Regretting You" rounded out the top five with $1.21 million after slipping down from last week.
