"Mirai," a Telugu fantasy movie starring Teja Sajja, has made waves by crossing the ₹100 crore mark at the Indian box office in just 20 days.
The film was released in Telugu and a Hindi dubbed version, but it's the Telugu audience that really showed up.

'Mirai' in numbers

On day 20, "Mirai" reached ₹100.50 crore in India and pulled in another ₹33.5 crore overseas (about $3.8 million), pushing its global total to ₹134 crore.
Nizam led with ₹33.25 crore, Andhra Pradesh-Telangana brought in ₹69.25 crore, Karnataka added ₹10.5 crore, and the Hindi dubbed version's contribution is unspecified.

Even with new movies hitting theaters every week, "Mirai" kept up steady crowds—thanks to strong weekends and holiday boosts—making it Teja Sajja's second film after "Hanu-Man" (2024) to cross this milestone.
While the Hindi version didn't break records, solid support from Telugu fans (and nearly $3 million from US audiences) helped "Mirai" become one of this year's standout box office hits.
