Ram Charan's latest film, Peddi, is about to break the ₹400 crore mark globally, earning ₹393 crore in just 11 days since its June 4 release.

Sana apologizes as 'Peddi' scenes edited
Peddi ran into controversy over scenes with Janhvi Kapoor's character, leading to edits and an apology from director Buchi Babu Sana. Co-star Jagapathi Babu noted that this actually boosted interest in the movie.
With music by A.R. Rahman and produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, in collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers, Sukumar Writings, and IVY Entertainment, with co-producer Ishan Saksena, Peddi has even outperformed Hindi release Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai—showing just how strong South Indian cinema is right now.
