Court to issue detailed interim order in Madhavan's case
Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora announced that a detailed interim order will be issued in the case. The court said, "Issue injunction qua sale of merchandise qua defendants 1, 3 and 4 of the list and qua defendant 2 on the ground of obscenity." Senior advocate Swathi Sukumar, representing Madhavan, argued that one defendant had created a fake movie trailer for Kesari 3 using deepfake and AI-generated content impersonating Madhavan.
