'Dhurandhar' witnessed steady growth in collections
Dhurandhar had a strong opening with ₹28cr on December 5 (Friday), followed by a weekend surge with collections of ₹32cr and ₹43cr on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Despite facing its first Monday drop on Day 4, the film still managed to rake in ₹23.25cr. The collection further increased to ₹27cr on Tuesday and around ₹26.5cr on Wednesday, bringing the total net collection in India to an impressive ₹179.75cr after six days of release.

'Dhurandhar' set to join ₹200cr club
Given its consistent collection of over ₹20cr even on weekdays, Dhurandhar is expected to join the ₹200cr club with Thursday's numbers. The film has already become the second-highest opener of 2025, surpassing Saiyaara. Chhaava remains the first. Among Singh's films, it currently ranks fourth among the highest grossers and is poised to break the record set by Bajirao Mastani.

In addition to its box office success, Dhurandhar has also been receiving mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike. War 2 star Hrithik Roshan recently took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to praise the film's storytelling. He wrote, "I love cinema, I love people who climb into a vortex and let the story take control... DHURANDHAR is an example of that." "I may disagree with the politics of it...Nevertheless, can't ignore how I loved and learnt from this."
