The much-awaited Netflix special, Dining with the Kapoors, is set to premiere in November 2025. The project will offer an intimate glimpse into the lives of one of Bollywood's most illustrious families and explore their love for food, family traditions, and film history. It aims to provide an authentic insight into the Kapoor khaandaan through shared memories. The release date is awaited.

Dining with the Kapoors marks Armaan Jain's debut as a creator, producer, and showrunner. He earlier described the experience as an "incredible and emotional journey" that allowed him to share his passion for storytelling, food, and family. "The real magic happens around the dinner table, where stories, laughter, and memories define who we are," he said in a statement.

Meet the star-studded cast of 'Dining with the Kapoors'
The docu-film features a star-studded cast from the Kapoor family across generations. Confirmed participants include cinematic icons Randhir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor. Other family members involved are Jain and his wife Anissa Malhotra Jain, Aadar Jain, Rima Jain, Riddhima, with Bharat Sahni among others. The project is written and directed by Smriti Mundhra.

Mundhra, who is a close collaborator with Jain, is both the writer and director of the docu-film. The executive producers include Mundhra, Jain, Varun Ambani, and Naval Gamadia. Aavashyak Media is producing the show. "We couldn't have asked for a better partner than Netflix to help bring this vision to life," said Jain in his announcement. He also invited viewers to join them at their table, saying, "Hope you're hungry!"
