The incident happened while Yash was on stage, addressing a packed audience of university students.
He immediately noticed the commotion and halted his speech midway.
"Are they okay? Please check," he said from the stage, instructing event organizers and security personnel to attend to the injured.
Later, he saw other students climbing onto structures around the venue for a better view and requested them to come down as it was unsafe.
