Five charged in Salman Khan shooting case

A Mumbai court has officially charged five people for the shooting outside Salman Khan's home back in April 2024.
The accused, including Vickykumar Gupta and Sagarkumar Pal, are facing serious charges like attempted murder and criminal conspiracy—but they've pleaded not guilty.

Turns out, this wasn't just a random attack. Investigators say the shooting was part of a bigger plan by Lawrence Bishnoi's criminal syndicate to target Khan and send a message across Mumbai.
The group allegedly did careful planning, with one member checking out Khan's residence before passing info to the shooters.
One accused, Anujkumar Thapan, reportedly died by suicide while in police custody.
