A former South Korean police officer, Ms. A, has been arrested—again—for stalking a well-known trot singer.
She's no stranger to trouble: earlier, she broke into the singer's home and ignored a restraining order.
On top of that, Ms. A filed 230 false police reports against the artist, including some serious accusations.
