Goodreads just dropped the results for their 17th annual Choice Awards, with over 7.5 million votes cast across 15 genres and 300 books.
Seven new authors scored wins this year, including Fredrik Backman (My Friends), Shari Franke (The House of My Mother), and Holly Jackson (Not Quite Dead Yet).
