Hearing on Krishna Kumar's anticipatory bail postponed
Actor G. Krishnakumar and his daughter Diya Krishna are seeking anticipatory bail following serious accusations from three former employees. The employees claim they were abducted, threatened, and extorted during a dispute over company finances—saying they were taken to an office with no CCTV and had their phones taken away.
Diya asked us to collect payments in own accounts: ex-employees
The ex-employees allege Diya asked them to collect customer payments in their own accounts, which they later handed over due to tax issues. Diya, on the other hand, says the employees actually diverted ₹69 lakh by using personal QR codes instead of the company's. With both sides making big claims, the Crime Branch is investigating. Meanwhile, the three complainants are currently missing and unreachable. The court will hear arguments on June 18 before deciding on bail for Krishnakumar and Diya.
