Hrithik Roshan, family snap up 10 office spaces in Andheri for ₹28cr
Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and his parents, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and Pramila Roshan, facilitated the purchase of 10 office units at Yura Business Park in Mumbai's Andheri West through their respective companies.
Five units were purchased via HRX Digitech LLP (Hrithik and Rakesh's partnership) and the other five through Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd (where Hrithik and Pramila are directors).
What's the price tag?
The new offices are on the third and fourth floors, sized between 769 sq ft and 852 sq ft each. Altogether, they cover nearly 7,000 sq ft of carpet area for a total cost of ₹28 crore.
This comes right after more family buys this month—Rakesh and Pramila picked up five units for ₹19.68 crore on November 19, while Hrithik's sister Sunaina got two units for ₹6.42 crore on November 24.
The Roshans's growing property game
In just over a week, the Roshan family has scooped up 17 office spaces across Andheri-Juhu.
It's a clear sign they're stepping up their presence in Mumbai's commercial real estate scene—seems like building is becoming as much a part of their legacy as Bollywood itself.
