Jeetendra and Ekta Kapoor offload luxury Mumbai apartment

Jeetendra Kapoor, the legendary Bollywood actor, and his daughter Ekta Kapoor, who heads Balaji Telefilms, have just sold their plush 2,149 sq ft apartment in Mumbai's Omkar 1973 Worli for ₹12.25 crore.
The flat comes with two parking spots and is located in Tower A.
They originally bought it back in June 2017 for ₹11.52 crore.

That's not all—the Kapoor family's companies also closed a massive deal by selling nearly 10,000 sq m of land in Andheri to NTT Global Data Centers for a whopping ₹855 crore.
This plot was home to Balaji IT Park, which had three buildings with about 4.9 lakh sq ft of space.
The sale was registered on May 29, 2025.
