Kajol inks ₹8.6cr deal for new Mumbai workspace

Kajol just signed a nine-year lease on a commercial space in Goregaon, Mumbai, locking in a total rent of ₹8.6 crore.
The spot is part of Bharat Arize and covers 1,817 sq ft—right near busy hubs like Andheri and Oshiwara District Centre (ODC), making it strategically positioned for business activity.

What's in the deal?

She'll start with a monthly rent of ₹6.9 lakh, which bumps up by 15% every three years (so expect it to hit ₹9.13 lakh by the end).
On top of that, Kajol paid around ₹5.61 lakh in stamp duty, ₹30,000 for registration, and dropped a security deposit of nearly ₹27.61 lakh—showing she's serious about her next big venture in the city.
