The 38-year-old, married to rapper Kanye West since 2014 and mother of three children, North, Saint, and Chicago, made a shocking revelation on Sunday's episode. Kim was conversing with sister Kendall and Kourtney's boyfriend, Scott Disick, at that time. Here's what she said.

Although Kim claimed that 'everything bad' happened while she was on ecstasy, it was ironically her sex tape going public in 2007, that shot her to global popularity. Soon after that, her family show had debuted and there was no looking back for Kardashian West. Nonetheless, Kim asserted that everyone knew she was on drugs as her 'jaw was shaking the whole time'.
